Three steps
Warm towel first
Cleanse the nose and hold a warm towel on it, as the pack directs.
Step 1 patch, then the swab
Leave the first patch on for 10 to 15 minutes, remove it and use the cotton swab.
Step 2 patch
Leave the second patch on for 15 to 20 minutes and pat in what remains.
