Pick the shape, trim if needed
Use the square for the back or chest. The pack says the patches can be trimmed.
Leave overnight

Love these patches

Love these patches! GREAT value for your money, you get soooo many patches for the price. I’ve gotten so much gunk out of my face from using these, they work well on my dry skin! The only problem I’ve had with them is making sure I push them down hard enough before I sleep, because I turn A LOT, and sometimes they’ll fall off. Great product overall!
